Barley straw is 100% Natural Pond Water Treatment to clear algae, blanket weed and green water. This large bale will treat 13,000 litres of pond water for 3 months. The treatment can take 2 – 6 weeks and will be dependent on water temperatures and other pond conditions. Barley straw breaks down naturally in your pond to create peroxide which kills algae and is safe for fish and wildlife.
